🔁 Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Return request must be made within 72 hours from delivery
  • Items must include original packaging

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale items
  • Rebirth Vault items (clearance/discounted pieces)
  • Accessories (if applicable)

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to original payment method OR store credit (your choice)
